first one seems damn simple: must be Jeeves. the search engine is Ask Jeeves.
2nd one i guess is world of Muggles and Wizards--probably the Leaky Cauldron which opens up to Diagon Alley
the last one is probably the name of Governments(Parliaments). Cortes Generales of Spain, Diet of Japan etc.
