He inspired one of the most famous valet's in internet history, one who "fetched answers to all questions asked". Who is this internets most famous valet?

first one seems damn simple: must be Jeeves. the search engine is Ask Jeeves.
2nd one i guess is world of Muggles and Wizards--probably the Leaky Cauldron which opens up to Diagon Alley

the last one is probably the name of Governments(Parliaments). Cortes Generales of Spain, Diet of Japan etc.
